Terms & Conditions of the Aawas Yojana
Land Ownership & Construction Eligibility
The applicant must be a registered member of Radhaswami Organisation.
Minimum land requirement: 600 sq. ft. for house construction.
The land should not be more than 1 ft below ground level to prevent water accumulation.
Water & Electricity Provisions
The member is responsible for water supply arrangements (borewell/municipal connection).
Complete electrical fittings and plumbing will be provided by Radhaswami Organisation.
Multiple House Registrations
Members can register for multiple housing units under this scheme.
Separate payments and land eligibility apply for each housing unit.
Payment Structure & EMI Plans
If the applicant cannot make a full upfront payment, they can opt for EMI-based plans.
Available Payment Plans:
3-Year Payment Plan – Standard pricing applies.
5-Year Payment Plan – Requires 35% extra payment due to extended tenure.
12-Month Lump Sum Payment Option – 10% additional charge applies for short-term installment payments.
Houses under the EMI plan (5 years) will be handed over only after full payment completion.
Construction Timeline
Full-payment members will receive their homes within 3 years
EMI-based members (5-year plan) will receive possession only after full payment completion.
Default & Cancellation Policy
If a member fails to pay EMI for 6 consecutive months, the registration will be canceled without refund.
No refund is provided after 12 months of registration.
Strict adherence to payment timelines is required to ensure timely house possession.
How to Apply?

Ensure you have 600 sq. ft. of land (or arrange for it)

Select your housing type (2 BHK House, 2 BHK Flat, or 4 BHK Duplex).

Pay the initial registration amount and submit required documents.
5
Start EMI payments (if applicable) and track construction progress.
